Brickmaking combined with technology is at the heart of what we do. Founded in 1912, Morin Brick began by making waterstruck brick primarily for its local Lewiston-Auburn, Maine market. Over the decades, upgrades to our manufacturing facilities have supported our commitment to providing the highest quality bricks to our customers in the Northeastern United States and Canada.

Our Auburn, Maine plant manufactures both moulded waterstruck brick traditional to the Northeast, and a variety of extruded brick. Our rich red firing clays and wide-based manufacturing technology allows us to continue to challenge our brickmaking skills by providing brick to some of the most architecturally significant projects in our markets.

Our past and present projects include buildings at the Universities of Maine,
New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Bates, Colby, Bowdoin, Dartmouth, Harvard, Columbia, Brown, Boston College,
and Boston University all add to the list of the many colleges and universities at which Morin brick contributes to the stature and longevity of the campuses.

Countless hospitals, churches, banks, libraries, municipal, and other public and private buildings display our bricks. Sidewalks of Bangor, Bar Harbor, Portland, Portsmouth, Manchester, Boston, Providence, Schenactady, and New York are included in the many towns and cities that have in use brick pavers manufactured by Morin.

In our local market, Morin Brick provides full access to the brickmaking community by providing distribution of a full line of face brick, thin brick, glazed brick, and paving brick from the country's leading brick manufacturers. In addition to fired clay, Morin Brick also distributes architectural concrete masonry units, stone veneers, cements, mortars, and a wide variety of masonry accessories. We have yards and showrooms in Brewer, and Auburn, Maine. Our products are accessible to building professionals through one of the largest inventories of masonry products in the Northeast.

Perhaps our greatest value to the design and building community is our ability to focus on individual projects of any size, from the Harborside (Rowe's Wharf) project in Boston to renovations of historic Fort York in Toronto. Our experienced staff is always ready to assist you in evaluating the suitabilty of our products and the value that they can add to your project.
